Has anyone heard about this? It's called HITLab and was "created" by Akon and Virgin Records.
Basically, you upload a song most likely your own and it tells you the likelihood that the song will be a hit based on stats and other data from the last 50+ years from Billboard Hot 100.
Sounds kinda fishy with the data and how they actually rate a song. But, it also sound like every unsigned artists dream. It's like an online version of MuchMusic's Disband
I dunno a jury is still out on this one
So... I'm here in Norman Manley International Airport, in Sunny, Sunny Jamaica, I'm really early so i'm really bored. I'm here thinking it would be a shame if I didn't post something, and since I went to Quad night club in JA and met reggae artist Tami Chin picture coming soon... I thought it fitting to post her new video with TIFA. Its called Certified Diva. I didn't see TIFA until the end so no pic with her.
Not something I would normally post but she doing her thing... check out Over and Over by Tami Chin and Spell It Out by TIFA both really good
The new album is out and it is streaming on her myspace. There are songs on it that sound like Grizzly Bear. GRIZZLY BEAR! Plus an of Montreal collaboration. http://www.myspace.com/janellemonae
And here's some Rainbow Arabia and an accompanying trailer for a movie that I need to rent.

Consider this a separate post as I created the last post at 6pm and didn't notice one of the player embed codes wasn't workin right until much later. any way I got a bunch of other stuff
Found this several hours ago, didn't feel like postin it right away cuz I noticed no one posts anything anymore except like 3 ppl and I figured if sum of us are postin EVERYTHING then there's not much else for others to post, so I figured I would try and let someone beat me to the punch, then I figured... fuck it. If they were gonna do anythin they would post whatever they wanted or even comment on the posts. Maybe not everyone has as much time right now, like they have 'real jobs' or sumthin.
ANYWAY....
We finally got a video for Dirty Money-Hello Good Morning. This one featuring T.I. and Rick Ross who is now officially managed by Bad Boy
I got a next one we all need to hear by Reflection Eternal this is their first single from their new album. The single is titled "Midnight Hour" and it features Estelle
This next one is from that tiny little and lovable Canadian girl Lights. Now I didn't think I was gonna ever post sumthin from her, but I really like it. This one is called "Second Go". It's kinda got this 80s vibe that you can't help but secretly like, especially if you were critical of aspects of the 80s (like Wham!, A-HA, Fine Young Cannibals
Oh I also heard some news from Canada's favourite alternative rapper K-Os has just finished shooting a music video for his track Zambony off of his album Exit. TRUST ME, THIS IS A PRETTY BOMB TRACK.
Next, I found out that the song Shutterbug by Big Boi is just about rapped up shooting for that music video so look out for that one aswell
All ain't really gotta like what I say, just know I'm not always afraid to say it.
Alright, I've said my piece, and with a tip of my hat, I fade into the back

Alright, Drake and K-Os jus finished most of their American tour and they had a bunch of people join them on the tour such as N.E.R.D. and a relatively new band called Francis and the Lights. October's Very Own has been postin on them for a bit. This is one that I found from them that I quite like.
Okay, now that that's out of the way I got a video from Alicia Keys-Unthinkable. I found the song wayh back when if you remember and told u it was gonna be dope
And I don't care whatever E-40 does, I'm prolly gonna like it.
Now, if you'll excuse me I am gonna go watch Lost on the internet.
